These may say standard, but are sure to wow your customers and clients. We heat seal the binder and then imprint using either silk screen printing process or foil stamping. Pricing is based on per color printing.

All of our vinyl binders are made from scratch in our USA plant. All materials are sourced from US manufacturers, with the exception of the ring metals which are sourced globally. All material preparation, heat sealing, and decorating take place right here.

Getting Started
Our silk screen printed vinyl binders are a great way to organize your life! No matter what your project is, a custom vinyl binder can help you get the organization you are looking for. Great quality and durability of the custom vinyl binders are sure to give you what you need.
The process of making our custom silk screen printed vinyl binders starts in our staging department by cutting the vinyl from big rolls. Sheets that have been cut from the larger rolls are trimmed down into the pockets, covers, and liners –all the parts needed for your specific binder
Silk Screening
The next step is screen printing the cover. Your art file is sent to our Computer to Screen printer. The next step in our silk screen printed vinyl binder printing process is setting up the silk screen machine. The ink is then mixed, and poured into the silk screen machine. We then make sure the artwork is perfectly positioned on your custom vinyl binders, and after they are printed, they are cured in a UV light dryer.
After curing the ink in the dryer, the custom vinyl binders move onto the heat-sealing department. We use a process called RF Welding to bond the vinyl pieces together. First, we lay down the cover, then chipboard, the liner and finally any inside pocket pieces on a machine called a turntable. The table rotates and a die comes down to seal the pieces together. After another rotation the sealed binder is removed from the table and the excess vinyl is pulled off.
The final step is our riveting department! We have many different ring sizes and styles. We have produced binders with 3/4” rings all the way up to a 4” ring capacity. After riveting, the custom vinyl binders get packaged up and are ready to ship out all over the country!
