Custom Binders and Index Tabs

Lead time for custom printed binders and index tabs is determined after receiving the deposit and final artwork approval. Our production staff is working hard to get your order out the door. Please contact us for our current lead time.

Prior to placing your order, you may:

  1. Send us your logo and imprint instructions and have our graphic artist create your design.
  2. Download the appropriate template from our website for use by your designer.

Whichever one you chose; we will send a final proof via email for your approval prior to production.

Shipping Methods

Our binders and index tabs ship from our Midwest plant. Standard ground service delivery times anywhere in the Continental US are generally four business days or less.

If you have a deadline or other rush needs, please contact your Customer Service Representative. We will always do everything possible to accommodate your schedule.

Returns

When you receive your order, please check the packaging carefully for shipping damage. If you believe the order was damaged during shipping, please contact your Customer Service Representative for further action.

Orders for custom printed products (binders, index tabs, specialty items) are not returnable, but are guaranteed against quality defects. We will, at our discretion, refund or replace any defective product you receive. Please contact your Customer Service Representative for refund/replacement instructions.

All requests for returns, refunds or replacements must be made within 30 days of receipt of your product.
